ChildHope Children's rights to a safe and secure childhood

Working with the most marginalised and vulnerable children in Africa and Asia through local partner organisations able to create lasting change to prevent and address abuse and neglect, trafficking and child labour, child marriage, impact of climate change and more.

ChildHope has now closed

After 34 years of partnering with organisations across the world to secure safe childhoods for children and young people, ChildHope closed on 31 December 2023.

We delivered on our final programme commitments in 2023 and strove to support the sustainability of our partners. Our partners are all independent local NGOs that will continue their excellent work with vulnerable and marginalised children and young people in Africa and Asia. Any remaining funds were disbursed to ChildHope partners to support their sustainability and their ongoing work.

We’d like to thank our amazing staff team, trustees, patrons, our many funders whether individual, corporate or institutional, and of course our partners who have been the driving force delivering programmes with and for vulnerable and marginalised children in their communities.

Thank you for supporting ChildHope for 34 years to secure safer childhoods.

The remainder of this website serves as an archive and also offers signposting to our Local Partners and also the South2South Safeguarding Network for any safeguarding consultancy needs.
