What is Gift Aid?

Gift Aid is one of the most effective ways of giving to charity. It is a facility introduced by the Inland Revenue which allows us to claim 25p for every £1 that you donate as long as you pay at least that amount in tax and give the charity permission to claim. All donations made since April 2000 are eligible and all types of donations qualify, large or small, one- off or regular.
