Corporate social responsibility
By working with ChildHope, your company demonstrates to stakeholders its commitment to your corporate social responsibility goals and helps us to transform the lives of vulnerable and neglected children. Being associated with ChildHope will also add significant value to your brand, and differentiate you from your competitors.
What is corporate social responsibility?
Corporate social responsibility is about the lengths to which a business will go in order to limit the effect that its operations have to the wider environment and society, and its efforts to have a positive effect on stakeholders.
Stakeholders are the people upon which a business has an impact – for example, employees, customers, suppliers, investors and the larger community.
A socially responsible corporation will embrace responsibility for the impact its activities have on its stakeholders and the environment, and will try to eliminate damaging practices and to optimise positive practices. Organisations might become involved in community-based development projects, staff development projects, philanthropy, or may incorporate CSR strategy directly into their everyday business operations.
