Refund Policy
We aim that all our customers are happy with their purchase. However, if you wish to return anything purchased from ChildHope, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition. All returns must be in original and undamaged packaging and should be made within a seven days of purchase.
If we find that the product has not been returned us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.
Products we are Unable to Refund or Exchange
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any specially ordered or customised products. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
Cancellation of Order
If you cancel your order, we will charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the full selling price.
Delivery of Goods
Please allow 5 working days for delivery of goods.
